About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Support Specialist to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources, employment law, and standards, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional to provide key advisory support to our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing sound advice on HR matters, including employment law and standards, and best practices.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with members of the Sales team and external clients.
  • Preparing reports on Sales team engagement and conversions.
  • Providing training on HR matters as required.
Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Support Specialist will be an integral resource of information and sound advice, providing guidance on HR-related matters to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Sales team, and external clients.

In addition, the Human Resources Support Specialist will prepare reports on Sales team engagement and conversions, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An educational background in human resources.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR role in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to provide sound advice with a commercial focus.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
