Strategic Brand Visionary

We are seeking a highly creative and visionary leader to curate our branding development, from social media to in-facility, to promotions, to partnerships, and to merchandise. The ideal candidate will oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all projects align with our brand identity and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the brand and customer engagement.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with other key personnel to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, products, and services.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Create a wide range of content, from wide-funnel appeal to in-depth materials.
- Work with other creatives, from designers to illustrators, as needed.
- Present concepts and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine ideas while maintaining the original vision.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is helpful.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- A strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
