We are seeking a highly creative and visionary leader to curate our branding development, from social media to in-facility, to promotions, to partnerships, and to merchandise. The ideal candidate will oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all projects align with our brand identity and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the brand and customer engagement.
  2. Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with other key personnel to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, products, and services.
  3. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  4. Create a wide range of content, from wide-funnel appeal to in-depth materials.
  5. Work with other creatives, from designers to illustrators, as needed.
  6. Present concepts and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine ideas while maintaining the original vision.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.
  8. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums.
  2. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is helpful.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  5. A strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
  6. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
