About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Intact. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transaction Processing
    • Accurately process and enter supplier invoices
    • Follow up on discrepancies between invoices, receipt notes, and purchase orders
    • Communicate with internal or external parties to spotlight irregularities and identify corrective actions
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Perform reimbursement and analysis of employee expense accounts
    • Manage corporate credit cards
    • Support users with platform and travel policy
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with our policies for better internal controls
    • Work with a competent and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • College diploma in accounting or equivalent experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Energy, passion, and a positive attitude
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English) for regular interaction with colleagues
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial transactions
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset
