About the Role

Vish is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and manage transactions into QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, facilitating smooth financial operations
  • Facilitate employee benefits and employee expense reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, processing all accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Address customer billing inquiries efficiently, providing excellent customer service
  • Reconcile provincial and US sales tax, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations
  • Oversee and manage company expenses, tracking and reporting expenditures
Requirements
  • Possess the ability to multitask and work effectively to meet deadlines
  • Have a strong sense of discretion and have been trusted with sensitive or personal information in the past
  • Certificate or diploma in Bookkeeping or a related field
  • Relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on AP/AR and reconciliations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in accounting software (QBO) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
