Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Magic Wok Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Manage cash
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee payroll administration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in financial operations and budget management
  • Excellent oral communication and team player skills
  • Dependability and flexibility
