About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Seabase Newfoundland Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business objectives.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial operations management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
