Job Overview

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative financial solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with business owners and executives to drive product vision and roadmap strategies. Your expertise in managing risks, making timely decisions, and ensuring quality will be pivotal in delivering successful products that meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Gain a profound understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform product decisions, driving informed strategic choices.
  • Closely work with the technology team to develop a deep comprehension of product architecture and collaborate on delivering technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Foster collaboration with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences that captivate customers and drive engagement.
  • Align with the business on common strategies, effectively managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring cohesive product delivery.
  • Partner with IT, Commercial Business, marketing, operations, and other teams to prioritize, define, and execute new product launches and enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team, enabling efficient implementation.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and facilitate projects using Agile methodologies, promoting adaptability and flexibility.
  • Co-develop user stories with a Business Analyst and manage the backlog, creating value for both the business and our customers.
  • Lead feature prioritization and backlog management to ensure the most impactful features are delivered on time, meeting business expectations.
  • Oversee the product throughout all phases of the lifecycle from project inception to market introduction, ensuring seamless delivery and support.
  • Approve releases and guarantee a high level of quality by working with quality assurance teams, upholding excellence in product delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment, safeguarding business interests.
  • Foster collaboration with Fraud, Risk, and supporting functions to understand evolving needs and implement necessary business process changes.
  • Help prioritize product features and enhancements based on feedback and evolving business needs, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to steering committees to provide status on ongoing projects and production defects, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and measure success.
Requirements

We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role in product management, business analysis, or management consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, demonstrating effective multitasking skills.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management from inception to market introduction, showcasing comprehensive knowledge.
  • Proficiency in utilizing product management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, GanttPRO).
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent and rewarding exceptional performance.
