Technical Content Specialist

Responsibilities
As a Technical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing documentation to improve formatting, document flow, technical content, and graphics/diagrams. You will also edit developer documentation, including tutorials and reference information, to ensure high-quality content. Additionally, you will use processes to ensure publishing workflows work well, collaborating with multiple authors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in an IT environment as a Technical Writer. You should be well-versed in DITA authoring and publishing XML tools, Networking technologies, and Agile methodology. You must have exposure to Installation Guides, Upgrade Guides, and possess strong technical aptitude to grasp complex technologies, specifically in the IT networking and software development domain. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are also required.
