FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and implementing solutions to identified difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees, including setting up equipment and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Troubleshoot computer systems and networks, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to identified difficulties.
  • Provide advice and training to employees in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
