Job Description

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
