About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2613881 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Inspect and ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Staff Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a head chef or in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle heavy loads.

Personal Qualities

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
