We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chair-side Assistant to join our team at Dawson Creek Dental Centre. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Assist dentists with preparing plaster models and moulds, as well as ordering dental and office supplies.
- Perform administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and recording dental procedures.
- Maintain and order supplies, ensuring our practice is well-stocked and equipped to provide exceptional patient care.
- Provide exceptional patient care, educating patients on oral hygiene and ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Supervise students in training, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental setting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
