About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chair-Side Assistant to join our team at Dawson Creek Dental Centre. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist dentists with preparing plaster models and moulds, as well as ordering dental and office supplies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and confirming appointments, and recording dental procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and addressing their concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
