About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at TINY HEARTS DAYCARE CENTER. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to our staff on administrative procedures and policies.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Computer and Technology: Maintain a high level of proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows, and stay up-to-date with new technologies and systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
