Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Ottawa. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including general office duties, switchboard operations, and typing and filing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and systems to improve office efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in office administration.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Two-year diploma or university degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of office administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
