Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Bight Restaurant and Bar. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Create new recipes and menus to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and special occasions
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, including meals for special guests and functions
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to deliver high-quality results. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. A uniform will be provided.
