Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at OM SHIVAY SAI ENTERPRISE INC. BarBurrito. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure dishes are presented to the highest standard.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
