About The Role

This role as Rooms Division Supervisor is ideal for an experienced Hospitality Manager who can deliver exceptional guest experiences at our contemporary hotel.

You will be responsible for supervising the Housekeeping department and ensuring that all guests enjoy a perfect stay with us.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a strong understanding of hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Housekeeping Staff: Direct and motivate the Housekeeping team to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Maintain Cleanliness Standards: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Develop Operational Policies: Create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety in the Housekeeping department.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that all Housekeeping staff follow our safety and security protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years hotel experience with at least one year in a managerial role.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
