About This Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with like-minded individuals in an inclusive, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment. You'll have limitless opportunities to make an impact and be recognized for it as an Employee Experience Specialist.

In this position, you will support various HR functions, such as assisting with the employee lifecycle, recruitment, and helping to promote our core values within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding activities and paperwork for new hires, and offboarding employees
  • Maintain employee records and assist in managing HR databases
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and training programs
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree or certificate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in human resources and the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Estimated Salary Range

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
