Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all orders, contracts, and sales documentation are accurate and complete. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the Sales Team, Production, and Customer to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers at each stage of their product order from render approval to signed delivery, and after service care
- Monitor support calls from customers and update/escalate any issues to the Leadership Team
- Oversee post-sale activities and manage the process from order finalization to planning and production
- Ensure all data uploaded to the CRM system is accurate and up to date
- Review job processes and practices to ensure continuous improvement to the company's products, services, quality, efficiencies, etc.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in Sales or Marketing, or a combination of experience and education
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care, customer service, or inside sales role
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other industry leading CRM platforms
- Working knowledge of the full sales cycle (quotation to order finalization)
