Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with our customers throughout the product order process.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Leader, Sales Team, and Production to guarantee accurate and complete orders, contracts, and sales documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers at each stage of their product order, from render approval to signed delivery, and after-service care.
  • Monitor support calls from customers and escalate any issues to the Leadership Team.
  • Oversee post-sale activities and manage the process from order finalization to planning and production.
  • Ensure all data uploaded to the CRM system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review job processes and practices to ensure continuous improvement to the company's products, services, quality, and efficiencies.


Requirements:


  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in Sales or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care, customer service, or inside sales role.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other industry-leading CRM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the full sales cycle (quotation to order finalization).
