Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Erin Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales associates, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that inventory is turned over efficiently.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and reduce shrinkage, working closely with the loss prevention team to ensure that the store is secure.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
