Erin Esso is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances effectively.
  • Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure our store is well-staffed at all times.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to our team members to help them improve.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
