Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Erin Esso. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances effectively.
- Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure our store is well-staffed at all times.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to our team members to help them improve.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain our store's inventory, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our customers and team members.
