About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Apple Nails and Spa. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the spa management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including client information, appointment schedules, and financial records.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Client Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with client communication, including responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Operations
    • Assist with the maintenance of the spa's facilities, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
    • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
