About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as our President and Chief Executive Officer. As the chief representative of ThryvX™, you will be responsible for driving our organization's strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, members, and partners
  • Provide oversight and guidance on organizational governance, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure the effective management of resources, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Represent ThryvX™ in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, ideally in the nuclear or energy sector
  • Strong understanding of Board Governance and organizational leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
