About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as our President and Chief Executive Officer. As the chief representative of ThryvX™, you will be responsible for driving our organization's strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage our team of professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Board of Directors, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Provide oversight and guidance on our Reconciliation Action Plan and ensure its successful implementation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, policies, and procedures
  • Represent ThryvX™ in public forums and media, communicating our position on key issues
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in the nuclear or energy sector
  • Strong understanding of Board Governance and provincial and federal government roles in the nuclear industry
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate about nuclear energy to diverse audiences
