President and Chief Executive Officer

ThryvX™ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced President and Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in a positive, creative, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Board Governance and the ability to communicate effectively about nuclear energy to domestic and offshore audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead ThryvX™ in a positive, creative, and efficient work environment that rewards excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the objectives of the Board and execute Board directives within the context of identified policies and procedures.
- Provide oversight on the Reconciliation Action Plan for the organization and maintain liaison with provincial and federal government departments.
- Act as a public/media spokesperson for ThryvX™ on public policy positions approved by the Board.
- Manage numerous projects, prioritize objectives, and meet deadlines.
- A post-secondary degree/diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Extensive Canadian experience, ideally in the nuclear or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of provincial and federal government roles in the nuclear industry.
- Effective networker with established networks in relevant organizations.
