Fruit Harvesting Laborer Job Description

Rajinder Boora/ Sukhvir Singh D/o Lidhar Farm is seeking a skilled Fruit Harvesting Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our farm staff, you will be responsible for harvesting crops, packing fruits and vegetables, and maintaining the quality of our produce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Harvest crops, including fruits and vegetables, to ensure timely delivery to market.
  • Pack fruits and vegetables into marketable lots, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Grade fruits and vegetables according to size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value.
  • Perform hand harvesting of vegetables and fruits, ensuring efficient and effective harvesting methods.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to maintain optimal growth and yield.
  • Sort fruits and vegetables to ensure quality and consistency.
Work Environment:

As a Fruit Harvesting Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring physical stamina and hand-eye coordination. You will be expected to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
