We are seeking a skilled Fruit Farm Labourer to join our team at KABAL SINGH HUNDAL, PARMINDER SINGH HUNDAL, ET AL. As a Fruit Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to blueberry farming, including mixing fertilizer, planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing and applying fertilizers to ensure optimal crop growth
  • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating blueberry crops
  • Cleaning and maintaining the work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Fertilizing and spraying crops to promote healthy growth
  • Harvesting blueberries at the peak of ripeness
  • Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
  • Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
Work Environment

As a Fruit Farm Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a rural area, exposed to various weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a team environment
