About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fruit Farming Labourer to join our team at KABAL SINGH HUNDAL, PARMINDER SINGH HUNDAL, ET AL. As a Fruit Farming Labourer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to blueberry harvesting and farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing and Applying Fertilizers
  • Planting, Cultivating, and Irrigating Crops
  • Cleaning and Maintaining the Work Area
  • Fertilizing and Spraying Crops
  • Harvesting Blueberries
  • Loading, Unloading, and Transferring Crates, Supplies, and Farm Produce
  • Operating and Maintaining Farm Machinery and Equipment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a rural area, with a focus on repetitive tasks, physical demands, and attention to detail. The work environment will require standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train on the job
  • Physical Capabilities: Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, and quick learner
