We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 1001461 BC Ltd. as a key member of our management team.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Oversee and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our business.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to meet the needs of our business, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring they have the skills and training needed to excel in their roles.
- Work Setting: Our business operates in an urban area, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in our workplace.
- Hours of Work: The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
