Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
  • Events and Marketing
    • Plan, organize, and direct events, such as promotions and special occasions.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage employee schedules, including creating and maintaining schedules, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
    • Process payroll and other administrative tasks, as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
