Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce marketing leader to join our team. As a certified ISV and award-winning Salesforce integration partner, we offer global consulting services, integrating Data Cloud, Account, Engagement, Personalization, Sales, and Service solutions.

About the Role
  • This is a hands-on technical consultant position with a focus on delivering and positioning solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting digital sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery, participating in the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers, providing mentoring and training to peers and colleagues, and demonstrating product features to prospects and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Digital Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
  • Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers and colleagues
  • Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
  • Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Stay current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV
  • Support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security
  • In conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
  • Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce.com projects,
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
  • Minimum Salesforce certified:
    • Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant
    • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
    • Marketing Cloud Email
    • Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
    • Marketing Cloud Personalization
    • Administrator

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 CAD to $175,000 CAD per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Decision Foundry offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, insurance, and other additional benefits.
