As a member of the Salesforce Advisory team, you will own the integrity and strength of marketing solutions recommended. You'll be a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will provide technical expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements. You require a deep understanding of the Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms and ecosystem, as well as top-notch people skills to communicate your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain their trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Digital Sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery
  • Participate in acquiring new customers throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Mentor and train peers, colleagues, and partners
  • Demonstrate products, both standard and tailored, to prospects and existing customers
  • Generate product demo scripts and scenarios, and maintain demonstration environments
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Stay current on product developments/releases for effective demo and Proof-of-Concept/Proof-of-Value purposes
  • Support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security
  • Conduct transition briefings with Sales and Professional Services, communicating commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
  • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in delivering Salesforce.com projects in a leading role
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
  • Minimum Salesforce certified qualifications:
    • Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant
    • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
    • Marketing Cloud Email
    • Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
    • Marketing Cloud Personalization
    • Administrator
    • Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Service Cloud Consultant
    • Platform App Builder

Salary Range:

$150,000 CAD - $175,000 CAD per year, based on location and experience
