Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless execution of client requests
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending and deposit products, as well as customer profitability models
- Ability to conduct due diligence on client financials and provide tailored solutions
