Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our commercial banking portfolio in the assigned market area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the commercial banking market and our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Global Risk Management, Business Service Center, and Enhanced Due Diligence Unit, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of moderate to higher complexity clients, with a focus on cross-selling and retention of existing business customers.
- Undergraduate degree in business or economics or work equivalency.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in sales, relationship management, and credit analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit and deposit products.
- Ability to conduct due diligence on customer financials and analyze market data to identify business opportunities.
