Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team in Barrie, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our commercial banking portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
