Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Cleaning Service 7Days Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. They will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation and equipment
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and train staff
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • More than 20 years of experience as an administrator
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, and Social Media
  • Experience in project coordination and team building
