Key Responsibilities
The Nurse III Position involves supervising a multidisciplinary team to deliver a consistent standard of client nursing services. This is achieved through responsible management of nursing staff and other resources.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience, with community experience an asset.
- Experience supervising staff in a unionized environment.
- Case Management experience is also an asset.
Education and Certification
You will have:
- A Registered Nurse diploma, with a Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
- Active CRNM registration.
- Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba, is preferred.
Additional Requirements
This role requires:
- A valid driver's license and use of a vehicle.
- Subject to a Criminal Records Check.
