About the Job

This role is responsible for providing professional registered nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that facilitates coordination of patient care and discharge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide independent nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs
  • Administer prescribed medical treatments as required
  • Take on a leadership role within the healthcare team
  • Facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge

Requirements

  • Recent pediatric surgery and burn experience is preferred
  • A graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program is required
  • Maintaining registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) is essential
  • Active participation in professional associations such as the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) is preferred

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience. You will also have access to benefits such as health and dental insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
