Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Seven Oaks General Hospital. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs. Your duties will include administering prescribed medical treatments, leading the healthcare team, and facilitating coordination of patient care and discharge.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree in nursing from an approved education program. Previous experience in a hospital setting is considered an asset. You must also possess strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Indigenous customs, traditions, and values is a plus.
Working Conditions
This position requires moderate to heavy physical effort and may involve working in a fast-paced and stressful environment. The successful candidate will be required to maintain and provide proof of registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
Salary and Benefits
