Visionary Medical Director for Critical Care Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned medical professional to lead our Critical Care team as an Executive Medical Director. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of critical care services in BC, driving innovation, and promoting excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for interfacility transport and critical care programs.
- Provide medical leadership and oversight for program development and implementation.
- Foster a culture of staff safety and engagement.
- Eligibility for registration with BC College of Physicians and Surgeons plus Royal College (RC) or CCFP(EM) certification.
- Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing at the Consultant level in a tertiary or quaternary care Intensive Care Unit and current clinical competency in critical care medicine.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $220,000 - $300,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
