About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Lead to join our team at White Rock Immigration Solutions Inc. as an office administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, establish priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence for various stakeholders.
  • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Resolve conflicts and address any issues that may arise in the workplace.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
  • A permanent work term with 35-40 hours of work per week.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in administration.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the position.

Work Environment

  • 3-4 people reporting directly to the incumbent.
  • Permanent work term with regular working hours.
  • English is the primary language of work.
  • 35-40 hours of work per week.
