Restaurant Manager Job Description

At PANAGO PIZZA, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, providing excellent customer service.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
