Job Description

Cam Transport Ltd is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  2. Operational Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including opening and distributing mail, and preparing minutes of meetings.
  4. Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures as required.
  5. Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have experience with MS Office and be able to provide customer service.
