We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Tim Hortons/Brioche Doree/Skyway Grill.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week with an estimated salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office administrative procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, coordinating and planning for office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

In addition, you will perform data entry, train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role; and
  • excellent English language skills.
