The Speech-Language Pathologist works to assess, identify, and treat communication difficulties in children in conjunction with parents and other caregivers to enhance quality of life and participation. This position may be required to work with children and youth with complex profiles of needs to deliver an interdisciplinary approach to care with community partnering agencies in an outreach capacity in the home, community or school.

- Work with children and youth with complex profiles of needs to deliver an interdisciplinary approach to care.
- Collaborate with parents and other caregivers to enhance quality of life and participation.
- Deliver treatment plans to achieve goals with children, youth, families and other care providers both in-person and virtually.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Registration and membership in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- Post-secondary degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Sound understanding of speech language therapy amongst children and youth.
- Ability to identify goals and establish appropriate treatment plans to achieve said goals with children, youth, families and other care providers both in-person and virtually.
- Current CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certifications.
We offer a competitive salary range of $41.35-$48.70 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday schedule. We also provide opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
