Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an excellent benefits program for permanent employees, with a salary of $ $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a 30% employee discount at Shoppers Drug Mart, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and paid wellness and vacation days.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Physiotherapy Specialist in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will have the chance to work with a diverse caseload, including assessment and treatment of clients funded by WSIB with complex musculoskeletal, TBI, and mental health challenges. Our clinic has a strong digital presence and offers various specialty physiotherapy-based services, including pelvic health, vestibular, concussion, and cancer rehab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and implementing holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Managing caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
  • Participating in case conferences and case management
  • Collaborating with the inter-professional team, various stakeholders, and other Occupational Therapists
Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Solid experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
