**Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Indigenous Health Services Coordinator to join our team at WRHA Corporate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Indigenous Health Services program on site, planning and coordinating health and human services affecting Indigenous patients.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals, staff, and patients to deliver high-quality care and services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Indigenous Health Services program.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve access to health and human services for Indigenous patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory/administrative experience working with the Indigenous community in a healthcare related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or relevant social science discipline.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
